Sourcing Services
The work starts being processed right after we get your request. Please include in your request as complete information as possible: sketches, quantity, materials of manufacture and other details for your products. The more detailed your technical description, the more effectively and dynamically our work together can move forward. We will select a reliable producer for the product you need, choosing the most attractive in terms of price and production term, and we will send you a response within a day. We offer this service FREE OF CHARGE.
A response to your request includes all essential information: an image of the product, details of dimensions and materials, application methods, prices, cost of making molds, production times for the master copy and the full batch, and of course, delivery in accordance with customs clearing.
Design and Artwork Services
Before you spend your hard earned money on promo items, make sure you love your logo. When your art team is too busy, or if you don’t have the resources to create a new logo, you might want to invest in having our skilled graphic artists develop some new concepts for you.
We have a staff of talented designers making sure every order looks its best. If you don’t have artwork, it’s not a problem. Sketch out or send us a file describing what you’re looking for and our designers can create new artwork, or re-create your existing artwork in a printable format. We will do simple typesetting of your name and message.
Quality Control
The majority of factories in China has modern equipment and uses the latest western technologies, and the products typically have world standard quality certificates. Low labor costs have brought about a concentration of gift production centers in China. These conditions allow us to achieve a high quality standard and at the same time maintain attractive prices on gifts for European buyers.
But even factories equipped with the last word in technology may not always produce a high quality product, and there is no guarantee that the conditions of contract will be observed. Therefore in the process of allocating and producing your order, we employ a three-step quality control system in accordance with the international standards ISO9001 and CE:
1. Inspection of all materials;
2. Intermediary inspection system;
3. Direct post-production system for inspection of products.
Before being sent to the client all the run is thoroughly checked, comparing the product's actual specifications against those stated in the order, and measuring the product. All the data collected from these checks is compiled into a special inspection form, which is sent to the client.
We offer our clients a shipping service to the required destination for the products we produce. Our cargo specialists make careful consideration and propose the optimal means of delivery for your goods, allowing you to minimize your outgoings and receive your product at the right time.
Once the product is prepared, it can be shipped in various ways. For example, on a tight deadline the best option is shipping by air, whereas it is more economical to ship by sea. All products undergo quality controls before shipping, and are then packaged and loaded into containers. A company employee must be present at the loading to make sure that the products are loaded properly and to full capacity.
Our many years of experience and reliable partnership with representatives on the transport services market has allowed us to develop our agency network and we have direct contracts with agents in all regions of China, which allow us to receive, process and ship cargo from any point in China to any required destination.
